Teacher empowerment is an important factor in organizational development. Empowerment is defined as a process. Whereby participants develop the ability to accept responsibility for their own growth and solve their own problems. Strong individuals believe that they have the skills and knowledge to work on and improve the situation.
Strong organizations are organizations that create opportunities to be competent and develop and show.
Modern youth, which are highly competitive in today’s society, have the potential to meet three challenges.
